nice beach friendly staff

I found a nice beach and a beautiful view on the hotel. The pool area is good near the beach. Staff was nice and friendly at check-in. I got an upgraded room because it was my first time in the area.

charmed by the service

professionalism helpful attitude

ms. jane and mr ali handled issues with respect and professionalism. mr shimba at reception was cute and made check-in smooth. i found his helpful attitude a very good thing. the beach and facilities were excellent, a great experience.

the drinks around the pool were very expensive i think. i paid £16.65 for two waters and a pepsi. this was like a bit much and i hope the hotel looks into it.

breakfast has many options and my picky wife liked it. i noticed there were staff, such as karina, that spoke russian. hasan ahmed offered excellent service with a nice greeting.

rooms have a modern design and good service. family rooms include one bedroom with a living room and a kitchen. i got offered options for the view from the room. each day the cleaning was excellent.

the hotel has a pool, a bar, and music. there is also a promedade, also kids' areas were available. a bus goes to mall of emirates and dubai mall everyday. a fitness room is on site.

The beach was easily accessible from the hotel. The breakfast included many options (especially fresh fruit). I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious. It was also clean.

the staff was so cute i appreciated it a lot. mariam and ahmed at the front desk were helpful. ravi and obaid always served us breakfast with a smile and i liked it. kasmeer and mary quickly got our food when we were late.

i found that sometimes the service here is slow that is a bit annoying

the staff at the restaurant were very well trained and they always smiled. they did their best to help us , made me happy. one waiter even tried to entertain our kids outside while we finished breakfast.

the suite rooms were spacious i loved it. the beds were very comfortable and it was great after long days. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower making it easier for everyone to get ready in the morning.

breakfast had great variety and genuinely good food i enjoyed it. main courses were available à la carte that was useful, along with salads fruit and pastries served buffet-style. i found the children's menu was a nice touch too.

this hotel has direct access to the beach and it is amazing. it allowed to take a dip or enjoy peaceful sunrise walks whenever i wanted. the beach was cleaned everyday keeping it pristine.

the gym was great and had sufficient equipment for a good workout. the pool area was also well kept. (it was never too crowded ).

Room service was difficult to reach. My calls often went unanswered. i found a bug in the water boiler, concerning.
